Returns & Exchanges
- Bikinis must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- The hygiene sticker must remain intact on the bikini.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) for all returns.
How to Return
Simply reach out to our customer service team (click the contact tab) with your proof of purchase, and they will guide you through the return process. Please note that the item must meet the criteria above to be eligible for a return or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the product shows signs of use or if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
